Crushed Glass Christmas Trees on Wood: Resin Art Workshop

Come learn how to create these beautiful crushed glass and resin trees, just in time to decorate for the holidays! You will have a choice of paint or stain for the wood surface as well as a variety of crushed glass colors and shells to pick from to create the base of your tree. In addition, various embellishments will be available such as, pearls, seed beads, wood cut outs and trunk options to complete your one-of-a-kind resin art.

This is a fun beginner friendly workshop. You will learn how to safely work with and mix resin and how to use it on your art. We use JDiction (and/or) Art Resin brand resin with low to no odor, and zero VOCs. All participants must wear gloves while handling resin and if you are sensitive to odors, N95 masks will be available to wear during the resin pour. This resin cures overnight. You’ll have the option to take your project home to cure or if you live in Canton, I can bring it to you the next day.

Included: A completed 10x6 inch wood plank with a crushed glass Christmas tree, sealed with art resin. Project cures hard overnight.
