2nd Annual Strength to Survive Charity Golf Outing
Overview
The unique nonprofit TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation will host the Second Annual Strength to Survive golf outing, benefiting rural breast cancer patients in Georgia, including Cherokee County.
For the four person scramble, players will tee off at 9 a.m. You can make your own team or be paired up, and all ages of golfers are welcome!
The event will feature games such as blackjack to get closer to the hole and shoot a golf ball out of an AR15. Registration is $100, includes the golf outing, buffet lunch, prizes and is open to all golfers. Prizes will be given to first, second, and third place finishers.
TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation (myturningpoint.org) - launched 20 years ago - provides essential survivorship services to breast cancer patients of all backgrounds, including physical therapy, massage therapy, emotional support, nutritional counseling, exercise classes, and education programs. During that time, there have been more than 40,000 patient visits.
