Our diverse lineup of annual events have become synonymous with Canton to both locals and visitors. We invite you to join us and discover your favorite Canton tradition that will have you coming back year after year.

Summer is behind us, but that doesn't mean the events stop in Canton. For those who love local and homegrown, join us for our final Canton Farmer’s Market Night Market for 2025 on November 25, from 4-7 p.m.

The Canton Farmers market has become one of the top farmers markets in North Georgia. It's the perfect way to support local growers, meet the faces behind your food, and find the freshest produce all in one place! After November 25, the Canton Farmers market will return in summer 2026.

We also can't help but feel festive as we move into the winter months, with our stacked lineup of holiday and winter-themed events!

Feel as though you have stepped into your favorite Hallmark holiday movie in Historic Downtown Canton, starting with our cherished Downtown Tree Lighting event on November 19. Help Santa illuminate Cannon Park's tree and be sure to get a picture with him in the gazebo afterward. Bringing a little extra magic to our tree lighting this year is the all-new, dazzling drone light show, making this one holiday event you can't afford to miss!

December is filled with festive events, from browsing the Merry Market and sticking around for the Christmas Parade, to festive movie screenings at The Historic Canton theatre, free wagon rides through Downtown, and ice skating at The Mill. Find out more about our festive events HERE.
