How it Works

Your tubing adventure begins at Etowah River Tubing’s Canton location, at The Mill on Etowah. After check-in, a short bus ride takes you to the launch point at Etowah River Park.

From there, you’ll enjoy a calm 1.44-mile float that takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the river’s flow and how much you paddle.

While on the water, be on the lookout for the wildlife that calls the Etowah River home. You should see fish, turtles, and a lot of birds!

You’ll finish your trip right back at The Mill, where shops, food, and drinks await.

Tips for a smooth trip

  • Book online if you’re coming on a weekend or a holiday - spots can fill up fast.
  • Arrive earlier in the day to avoid long waits.
  • Dress for the water and bring sunscreen.
  • Please keep our river clean, do not disturb the wildlife, and follow the “leave no trace” rule. What you bring on the river should come back with you.
