The Etowah Wildlife Expo is back for two full days of high-energy fun on Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, 2026. This free, family-friendly festival at the historic Mill on Etowah celebrates North Georgia's incredible wildlife, drawing thousands to explore, learn, and play.

Now in its fifth year, the The Etowah Wildlife Expo is North Georgia's premier wildlife and outdoor celebration. Expect up-close wildlife encounters, thrilling demonstrations, more than 100 vendors showcasing outdoor gear, artisanal crafts, and local goodies, plus plenty of delicious food and drinks. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or just looking for a memorable day out with the kids (and your leashed, well-behaved pup!), there's something for everyone.

Thrilling Wildlife Shows and Hands-On Experiences

Get ready for jaw-dropping action across multiple stages and areas:

Main Stage highlights include the Safari Stage Show with live animal talks and up-close encounters, a Birds of Prey Falconry Demo featuring soaring raptors and educational presentations, live duck and goose calling lessons, and a Dynasty Trick Dog Demo showcasing impressive high-level tricks and stunts. On Saturday evening, take in some live music as Greg Shaddix & The Back Row Baptists and The Band Waleska close the day out.

But that's not all! Off the main stage, you'll want to catch the Gun Dog Exhibition. This exciting demonstration highlights the razor sharp skills of trained bird dogs and features live shows multiple times per day. See the full schedule below for showtime information.

Petting Zoo at the Etowah Wildlife Expo

A crowd favorite is also returning this year - the Dixie DockDogs Big Air Competitions! These talented pups steal the show as they leap incredible distances, ending with a splash!

Visiting the Wildlife Expo with little ones looking to burn off some energy? The dedicated Kids Zone will keep them entertained all day with inflatables, rock climbing, a Petting Zoo full of farm favorites, and many more activities.

Additionally, free parking is available right at The Mill on Etowah in their gravel lot, as well as in the Panera Bread parking lot at Academy & Main (205 W Main St). Complimentary shuttles will operate from both parking areas to the Wildlife Expo, ensuring easy access to all the fun.
