Feel the Funk: All You Need to Know about July’s First Friday
To not conflict with Independence Day, July's First Friday is getting "bumped" to July 11. First Friday favorites, Bumpin' The Mango, return to Cannon Park with their original funk tunes and signature horns section. Join us for a night of dancing and great food at one of the community's favorite Downtown traditions.
What is First Friday?
First Friday is the monthly party in Downtown Canton. On the first Friday of each month, East Main Street transforms into a vibrant plaza filled with delicious food from vendors, live music, and an unmatched community spirit you can only find in Canton.
Arrive hungry because you'll be surrounded by local restaurants and street vendors that you'll definitely want to drop by while you're here!
You know the drill: It's free to attend and park. East Main Street will be closed for this event, so prepare ahead and find where you can park with the Downtown Parking Map, or see alternate transportation options below.
Know Before you Go
📍First Friday events take place at Cannon Park and along East Main Street in Historic Downtown Canton (130 East Main St., Canton, GA.)

🚗While street parking on East Main St. is unavailable during First Friday events, there is plenty of free parking just a few steps away.
